1. General Terms

2. Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age & Eligibility
To open an account on 489bd, you must be 21 years of age or older. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. 489bd reserves the right to close any account at any time if false or misleading information is provided.
2.2 One Person, One Account
Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts may be immediately closed and all balances in those accounts may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect your account is being used without authorization, contact 489bd support immediately.
2.4 Identity Verification
489bd may request documents for identity verification at any time. Identity is confirmed through a national ID card, passport, or other acceptable government-issued documents. Failure to provide documents may result in withdrawal holds or account restrictions.
3. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
3.1 Welcome Bonus
489bd offers new users a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000 or more, you receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus and your total balance becomes ৳26,000.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for withdrawing a bonus applies only to the bonus amount (not the deposit and bonus combined). The wagering multiplier is 20x. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
3.3 General Bonus Rules
- The bonus applies once only and is non-transferable.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
- 489bd reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
- Bonuses are valid for a limited time; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
- Additional VIP program benefits are governed by separate terms and conditions.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
The following methods are accepted for deposits on the 489bd platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After a withdrawal request is verified, processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method.
4.3 Identity Verification & Withdrawals
Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal. If the deposit method and withdrawal method differ, additional verification may be required. 489bd monitors all transactions to prevent money laundering and reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious activity.
5. Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Placing Bets
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, 489bd will make a final decision based on server logs. In any disputed situation, 489bd's decision is considered final.
5.2 Sports Betting
489bd offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All sports bets are governed by the rules of the applicable league and tournament. If a match or event is cancelled, the related bet will be refunded.
5.3 Casino Games
489bd offers various types of games including slots, live casino, and fishing games. Each game is operated according to its own rules, and the game providers' regulations apply. Results or amounts displayed incorrectly due to a software error are not valid.
5.4 Fraud & Misconduct
If any user attempts to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting system vulnerabilities, uses bots or automated software, or colludes with other users, their account will be cancelled and all accumulated funds may be forfeited.
6. Account Closure & Suspension
6.1 Closure by 489bd
489bd may cancel or suspend any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Registering with false information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Bonus abuse
- Conducting transactions using a third-party account
- Fraudulent or cheating activity
- Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the system
- Harassing or threatening other users
6.2 Closure by the User
You may close your account at any time. To do so, contact the 489bd support team. Make sure to complete all pending withdrawals before closing your account.
7. Responsible Gaming
